A man has been charged with impaired after an accident on Kenmount Road on Boxing Day.
Two cars collided near the intersection of Peet Street shortly after 8:00 last night.
The driver of one of the vehicles, a 46-year-old man, refused to take the breathalyzer and was held for court today.
