The German Air Force will be visiting Labrador just after the new year.
Residents in the area will see aircraft flying over and around 5 Wing January 3-9 for flight training. About a dozen German Air Force personnel will be along for the trip.
The training involves circling the airport, recurring takeoffs and landings, and flying in specified patterns.
5 Wing says steps have been taken to ensure that the maneuvers do not disturb human and wildlife populations.
