A man has been charged after getting into a spat with another at a home in the capital city’s downtown yesterday afternoon.
RNC were called after the two men had gotten into an argument that led one man to whip out his cell phone and start recording.
The other man involved didn’t like that as he snatched it from his hands and refused to give it back.
The 52-year-old has been charged with theft. He was held for court.
