A 48-year-old St. John’s man is facing child pornography charges after a search was conducted on his home back in November.
The RCMP-RNC Integrated Internet Child Exploitation Unit seized electronics from the home at the time and arrested Dennis Oliver last week.
He’s facing one count each of transmitting, possessing and accessing child pornography.
He was released on conditions designed to protect the general public.
He’s scheduled to appear in provincial court on March 20th.
