A 40-year-old snowmobiler was arrested by Deer Lake RCMP on Sunday for suspected impaired driving.
RCMP were contacted around 10:00 a.m. Sunday about a possible impaired snowmobiler on Incinerator Road in Cormack.
Officers patrolled the area, but did not locate the suspect. A second report was received and officers then located the snowmobiler in question at the Esso in Cormack.
He was arrested and provided breath samples that police say were more than two and a half times the legal limit. His licence was suspended and he was released to appear in court at a later date.
