It appears as though an unusual situation on Whitley Drive was finally resolved yesterday afternoon.
Members of the RNC’s tactical unit, and a vet, assisted Mount Pearl city workers in removing an aggressive dog from a home.
The dog had attacked and injured a person in the home on Monday, and city officials were unable to remove the animal because of its aggressive behavior.
The animal was sedated and removed from the home, and eventually had to be euthanized.
