Most hospital services will cease to exist at the Waterford as of this Sunday, following the move to the new Mental Health and Addictions Centre.
But blood collection isn’t one of them.
NL Health Services says that will continue at the Waterford “for the time being,” with out-patient appointments made online or by phone (1-833-409-2734).
Blood collection will be available at the new facility for in-patients and some out-patient appointments as of Monday.
Meanwhile, NL Health Services says they’re working to replace the Waterford collection site with another location in the west end of St. John’s.
