All Clear: Outer Ring Road Westbound Reopens Post-Crash

The Outer Ring Road has reopened following a car crash.

First responders, including the RNC, were on scene at about 8:30 but have now left the area.

The highway was closed westbound between Thorburn and Topsail Road for close to two hours, but it is now fully functional.
