RNC have taken a wanted man into custody following a traffic incident on the Outer Ring Road near the Kenmount Road Overpass.
Traffic is backed up significantly in the area while police attend to the scene.
31-year-old John Jay Anderson was wanted in connection with an ongoing police investigation, and was believed to be driving a stolen vehicle.
He was arrested as part of a police operation shortly after 3:00 this afternoon.
As a result police are advising the public that traffic will be disrupted in the area until further notice.

The RNC are currently actively searching for a man who is unlawfully at large and driving a stolen vehicle.
RNC say 31-year-old John Jay Anderson is wanted in connection with an ongoing police investigation.
Anderson is believed to be driving a grey GMC Acadia SUV – licence plate number JKC 167.
