St. John’s City Council has approved a daycare, which will be housed at the former Costco building on Stavanger Drive.
The province is leasing the site, which is being built as an Ambulatory Care Hub.
The daycare will host 72 children and also has future plans to host a pharmacy.
The facility is set to open this fall.
