The town of Gander has a brand new soccer and track and field facility.
The official opening took place this morning.
The $6.7 million facility includes FIFA regulation-size outdoor soccer field and an eight-lane rubberized running track.
The track and field complex was made possible through provincial, federal and municipal funding.
