A man and woman have been charged after an incident in the east end yesterday.
RNC were called to an assault at a business over the supper hour. While officers were carrying out their investigation, a woman began to interfere.
The 28-year-old, who was known to police, was charged with obstruction and breach of release order.
Police were then able to get to the bottom of the assault and arrested a 29-year-old man on charges of assault, uttering threats, and various breaches.
Both were held for court.
