One of the most anticipated summer festivals in the province kicks off tonight.
The tent is up, and Iceberg Alley is ready to welcome people once again to the shores of Quidi Vidi Lake for 10 nights of concerts.
Shaun Basha of Brigus Productions says the finishing touches were put on the setup on Wednesday night, and now the tent is ready to rock.
He says artists are coming in from all over the world, and local artists will be hitting the stage as well. Basha says anticipation has been building for weeks, and they can’t wait for everyone to come down and have a good time.
Tonight’s show features headlines Old Crow Medicine Show, along with the Hunter Brothers and Damian Follett.
