A man who was lurking around a construction site spent the night in the lockup.
RNC got word of suspicious activity in the Military Road area around 1:00 this morning. When officers showed up, they found the man snooping around a secure construction site.
The 30-year-old has been charged with break and enter, resisting arrest, breach of probation and breach of release order.
He was held for court.
