A man is without his motorcycle after whizzing by an RNC officer on Topsail Road.
The officer was heading down the road in an unmarked car around 11:30 yesterday morning when the machine shot past her.
The 20-year-old driver was hauled over and ticketed for speeding, driving without insurance and having expired registration.
The motorcycle was impounded.
