The Paul Reynolds Community Centre is open once again after a number of wooden panels came loose from the exterior entrance last Friday, and crashed to the ground.
The city says the main entrance has been secured, however work will continue that may affect traffic in the parking lot.
Visitors are being asked to follow signs on the lot.
