A 24-year-old man is facing an impaired driving charge after an ATV crash in Conne River on the weekend.
Bay d’Espoir RCMP were called around 8:00 p.m. Saturday about the collision on Bayview Heights. Police found the driver of the machine who showed signs of impairment.
The man was arrested and provided breath samples at the detachment that were three times the legal limit.
The accused was released to appear in court on a charge of impaired driving.
