Premier John Hogan continues to hold his cards tight to his chest regarding the timing of a provincial election.
An election has to take place by the middle of October, and the Liberal Party has been busy the last few weeks with its preparations, calling nominations in numerous districts and announcing their candidates.
When asked if he will give any sort of indication as to when the writ will be dropped, Hogan, unsurprisingly, remained coy, stating that the election will be “on or before October 14th.”
