A 33-year-old man is back in custody after allegedly escaping from the facility where he was being held.
The RNC were first called just after 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday after they say Raymond Stacey fled from a facility where he was being remanded in custody.
A few hours later at 7 p.m., the accused was located on Park Avenue in Mount Pearl.
He has been charged with escaping lawful custody and being unlawfully at large
Stacey appeared in court this morning.
