A Wabush man has been arrested and charged with impaired driving while the RNC say there was a toddler inside the car.
The vehicle was pulled over just before 11:30 last night along the Trans Labrador Highway near Labrador City
The 32-year-old man who was driving has been charged with impaired and refusing the breathalyzer.
The accused had his license suspended and vehicle impounded.
He will appear in court at a later date.
