Premier John Hogan says no charges are anticipated in relation to a person of interest seen leaving the Paddy’s Pond area just before the fire was reported.
The woman, said to be driving a dark-coloured SUV, was seen leaving the area and heading east along the TCH.
Yesterday, the RNC confirmed that they had identified and located the woman.
The premier says no charges are pending.
“My understanding is that she would not be charged… they spoke with her, and she provide information about what she was doing there.”
The investigation continues.
