As residents come to terms with the destruction caused by the fire in Conception Bay North, the RCMP investigation into the cause of the massive blaze continues.
A series of fires had been reported in the Small Point-Broad Cove- Blackhead-Adam’s Cove area since May 7th.

The May 7th fire caused extensive damage in Small Point and Adam’s Cove, consuming a number of structures at the time.

RCMP in the Trinity-Conception area are being assisted by Major Crimes and the General Investigation division, following-up on information received from the public.
In the meantime, a series of suspicious fires in the Twillingate area are also under investigation.
Police ask anyone with information to contact their closest detachment.
