There’s a recall on a whiskey product sold in the country, including in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Crown Royal Reserve 12-year-old Canadian Whiskey (750ml) bottles may contain glass. The Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation says all 12 cases of affected inventory have been accounted for and were immediately removed from store shelves and distribution channels.
The lot code (#5199) can be located on the back of the bottle, near the bottom. Anybody who has one should not consume the product.
