RNC Seeking Help Identifying Man in Connection with Stolen Vehicle Investigation

The RNC is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man caught on camera surveillance last month.

Police believe the individual captured on camera is connected to a stolen vehicle that was found at the Circle K Irving near George Street West on July 21st.
