A wanted man is back in police custody after an incident at a home in downtown St. John’s yesterday afternoon.
RNC were called about some suspicious activity in the area just before 3:30. Police found the man matching the description provided, but he took off when officers approached him.
Officers caught up with the 27-year-old who was wanted on an outstanding warrant.
He was held for court.
