Before the Toronto Blue Jays, nineteen different teams passed on pitcher Trey Yesavage last year. They might be questioning their scouts as to why. He started in “A” ball this year.
He set a franchise record for most strikeouts in the postseason with 11 and it only took him a few innings to do so. Manager John Schneider was booed by fans when he decided to go to the bullpen even though Yesavage was working on a no-hitter with 78 pitches thrown.
