The make up of St. John’s City Council has been decided.
Danny Breen returns to the Mayor’s chair, Ron Ellsworth has been elected Deputy Mayor and Tom Davis was re-elected in Ward 4.
There will be a new councillor for Ward 5 as Donnie Earle took the most votes.
Kate Cadigan, Sandy Hickman, Lynn Hammond and Nikita Ryall took the top votes to become at-large councillors.
