Traffic is now moving on the Outer Ring Road after a multi-vehicle accident this morning. The road was closed at the Thorburn access points during the morning commute.

While the road is open, people may still encounter slowdowns in the area.

The Outer Ring Road is closed at the Thorburn access points this hour because of a multi-vehicle accident. The crash happened at the height of rush hour.

Traffic in the area will have to get off at the Thorburn Road exit.

So, eastbound traffic is jammed up solid but westbound is unaffected.

The TCH (Outer Ring Rd) is closed at Thorburn Rd for a multi vehicle collision. ALL eastbound traffic is required to exit onto Thorburn Rd. Westbound traffic on the TCH is unaffected at this time.
