St. John’s
- Metrobus/GoBus service will not be operating today
- Avalon Mall will remain closed for the day
- NLC closed for the day
- St. John’s Arts and Culture Centre closed for the day
Mount Pearl
- City buildings, including recreation facilities, will remain closed for the day
- NLC will remain closed for the day
Conception Bay South
- Town of Conception Bay South facilities will be closed for the full day, including Town Hall, CBS Arena, Recreation Complex, and Robert French Memorial Stadium
- NLC will remain closed for the day.
Paradise
- All Town facilities, including Town Hall and Paradise Double Ice Complex closed all day Monday.
- Garbage collection for Area 3A&B and recycling collection for Area 3B that was originally moved to February 23 is now cancelled. A revised collection schedule will be provided on Monday
