RCMP Major Crimes is investigating a suspicious death in Little Heart’s Ease.

The death was reported to police in the early morning hours of Wednesday, November 12th.

The Chief Medical Examiner’s Office is in the process of trying to determine the exact cause of death.

Police believe the incident is isolated and there is no concern for public safety.

Anyone who lives in or traveled through Little Heart’s Ease, Caplin Cove or Hodge’s Cove and who may have witnessed suspicious behaviour or activity, or who may have surveillance images from any of those communities between 5:00 p.m. November 11th and 6:00 a.m. November 12th is asked to contact police at 709-772-5433.
