The results of the judicial recount for Topsail-Paradise are in, and PC incumbent Paul Dinn has been declared the winner.
The recount increased the gap between Dinn and Liberal Dan Bobbett.
The count on election night had 102 votes separating the two candidates; now that has increased to 106 in favour of Dinn.
There’s no word as of yet as to when Dinn will be sworn-in as MHA.
