More than 300 junior high students representing 20 schools across the province are competing in the annual Skills Canada Intermediate Challenge at the College of the North Atlantic’s Prince Philip Drive Campus.
The students are competing in 18 different trade, technology and employability competition areas like coding, public speaking, TV/video production, graphic design, and cooking.
New this year are green energy focused competitions including wind turbine and Co2 car racing.
Competition takes place until 3:00 p.m. today.
