Teen Ticketed for Dangerous ATV Driving in Clarenville

A 17-year-old ATV driver was ticketed after being stopped by police in Clarenville on Wednesday.

The officer noticed the young person driving the ATV dangerously on Balbo Drive.

The teen was issued two tickets for not having valid registration or insurance.
