The provincial government says it plans to release parts of the Bay du Nord agreement, but isn’t committing to how much or when the agreement will be made public.
It was signed last week with Equinor, but government has faced opposition and criticism ever since for not making the deal public.
In the House of Assembly yesterday, Premier Tony Wakeham said as soon as the review process is over, he will release the details to the public.
He says government is going through the process, but there are restrictions on what can and cannot be released.
