The Public Utilities Board jumped in last night and changed the minimum pricing schedule, but not by a significant amount.
Gasoline dropped by a half cent at midnight but diesel went in the other direction, increasing by close to 4 cents on the island and 2 1/2 in Labrador.
Furnace oil on the island and in most of Labrador costs 3 1/2 cents more today while in Labrador City, Wabush and Churchill Falls, it costs about a cent-and-a-half more.
