There’s another break at the pumps this morning.
The regulated price of gas is down 7 cents – putting the price in the metro region around the $1.75 mark.
Diesel plummets 18.7 cents on the island and 26 and a half cents in Labrador West.
Furnace oil is down 16.2 cents. Stove oil in Lab West drops by over 25 cents per litre.
The temporary suspension of the federal excise tax saw the price of gas go down 11 and a half cents yesterday. The break also resulted in a 4 and a half cent reduction in the price of diesel.
