One person suffered serious injuries after allegedly being attacked by three others in Natuashish last weekend.

RCMP say the incident occurred at a home in the Labrador town early Saturday morning, with the victim assaulted with a weapon by three people they knew.

Police did not release the gender or age of the victim, who suffered blunt force trauma injuries, was rushed to the local clinic, and later airlifted to hospital in Goose Bay.

Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Shaquille Jack, 26, Lucy Gregoire, 27 and Natasha Mistenapeo, 28, were each charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon or imitation and failing to comply with court orders.

All three remain in custody pending bail hearings.
