First responders remain on the scene of a house fire in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s.
The home was fully engulfed in flame by the time firefighters and police arrived around 2:10 a.m.
Thorburn Road from the Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s boundary to Sharpe’s Store is closed to traffic until further notice.
There is no word on any injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
