Police have yet to provide any details about an incident in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s that prompted a shelter-in-place order.
RNC issued the directive for the Anglican Cemetery Road area around 3:15 yesterday afternoon. The order was subsequently lifted a short while later.
There is no word on whether any arrests were made in the police operation.
