A 29-year-old woman has been charged with resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer after a recent incident in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
RCMP responded to reports of an unwanted person making threats at a home in the community around 8:00 Wednesday evening.
Police located the woman nearby. She reportedly refused to comply with demands and physically assaulted an officer.
The accused is facing three counts of assaulting a police officer and one count of resisting arrest.
