The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has laid charges of impaired against a dirt bike driver following a collision in Mount Pearl in June.
The collision happened on June 22nd at the intersection of Richard Nolan Drive and Pitts Memorial.
The 22-year-old driver of the machine was sent to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Last Friday, the RNC charged that man with impaired. He was also issued several tickets.
He has been released to appear in court at a later date.
