RNC has charged a man for being behind the wheel of a vehicle reported stolen.

Police got a tip that a stolen vehicle was being driven in the west end of the capital city Sunday morning, however an initial search turned up empty.

Not long after, an officer spotted the car parked at a business on Kelsey Drive.

The 37-year-old man behind the wheel was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property and breach of a court order.
