Police have arrested a 60-year-old man for drunk driving after he was caught riding his all terrain vehicle through Harbour Grace without any lights on.
RCMP nabbed him at about 10:30 Thursday night on Kelly’s Road. Officers say he showed signs of impairment, so they took him to the detachment where he failed the breathalyzer.
His driver’s licence is gone as is the machine.
He will be back in court in October.
