The driver of a car involved in a near-miss on the Trans Canada near Bellevue August 21st has yet to be identified.

The RCMP says the search to locate the car and vehicle involved continues.

The driver of a westbound vehicle reported a near collision with an eastbound white Honda sedan that had crossed the double line into opposing traffic to pass another car.

Placentia-Whitbourne RCMP are hoping to speak with those they may not have already heard from in relation to the incident.
