A man whose licence had been suspended and who was driving without insurance was pulled over in Gander this week after the condition of his truck caught the attention of police.

Gander RCMP pulled the 64-year-old man over on Grandy Avenue on Tuesday out of concern that the pickup he was driving was not road worthy.

The Gander Bay man was ticketed for driving while suspended and driving without insurance. The truck was seized and impounded.
