A Quebec man who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant is scheduled to appear in court in Happy Valley-Goose Bay today on a charge of first degree murder.
David Faucher is accused in the death of Franz Drosch in Happy Valley-Goose Bay in 2023.
RCMP say Faucher was arrested by the Saskatchewan Marshals Service last week. He was charged with first-degree murder earlier this year.
Faucher is scheduled to appear in court for a bail hearing this afternoon.
