The iceberg season is long over, but the province’s tourism department is looking back fondly on what was a particularly spectacular year that was.

Ice that calves off Greenland glaciers passes along the east coast of the island and Labrador each spring and into the early summer, drawing tourists from around the world.

The Department of Tourism has compiled some of its favourite iceberg images from this year and is sharing them on social media.
