The city of St. John’s and the St. John’s Regional Fire Department requested the help of the RNC at a notorious property on Brazil Street.

There was an increased police presence at Harbour View Apartments this morning.

The property has been the focus of a number of serious criminal investigations over the years.

RNC say their assistance at the scene has finished.

The capital city confirmed earlier this week that it had received a complaint about the property that was under investigation and had the “potential to become a legal matter.”
