A 46-year-old woman is facing charges following a drug seizure on the province’s west coast.

RCMP conducted a search of a home in Corner Brook on Sunday and seized quantities of suspected cocaine and other illicit drugs, along with cash and other items consistent with drug trafficking.

Sandra Melissa Callahan was arrested and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of stolen property and failing to comply with court-ordered conditions.

The accused was held in custody to appear in court. The investigation continues.
