A man is spending the weekend in custody after an unusual incident Saturday morning at a residence in the west end.

The RNC were called out to a disturbance at around 9:00. They saw that a window had been broken, and could hear an irate man yelling inside. Officers forced entry into the home only to find more damage.

The 39-year-old who was inside has been charged with property damage and breach of a release order.
